Are your contact details up to date?
It is important that you keep your contact details and anyone else’s contact details who have access to your farm data up to date with us. This is for when we send out essential information such as PM reports & prescriptions. This is particularly important if you were to find your business in a restricted zone due to Avian Infuenza. Please also remember to update us with any staffing changes so we can update your Digiflock record. By leaving any old employees on your account will mean they still have access to all of your farms’ records. You can check what details we hold for your business by contacting your local PHS branch or by accessing Digiflock (our reporting platform) where you will be able to see what details we currently hold for you.
Northern Farmer Awards 2025
PHS is sponsoring a new category at the 2025 Northern Farmers Awards! This new category recognises the poultry farmer/producer of the year. Parklands Poultry Vets and Digiflock
Parklands Poultry Vets in Northern Ireland and Poultry Health Services are both poultry practices within the VetPartners Group. Poultry Health Services (PHS) vets and clients have been using the Digiflock database for a number of years, in which the database has been improved and updated. We are continuingly collecting feedback from clients, and the system (which is free of charge for our clients) is constantly improving and evolving. We are delighted that from November 2024, Parklands Vets and their clients will be able to benefit from the use of Digiflock too. For PHS clients, the only change that you will notice is that the Parklands logo will appear alongside the PHS vets logo. For Parklands clients, you will be able to access all your clinical records at the click of a button. If you have any queries regarding this change, please contact your local PHS branch.
Are you ready for Christmas?
It might only be November but Christmas will be here sooner than you think. As in previous years most pharmaceutical companies will close for up to 2 weeks around the Christmas/New Year period. PHS will always keep additional stock of the more popular vaccines & supplements but we would urge you to order in advance to prevent any delays. At present we can’t predict what, if any, postal delays there will be. Please give our friendly team a call to discuss your requirements for the festive period.
